10 Holiday Gifts for Him & Her

10 gifts for him and her

I’m the person that looks at every single gift guide because one list doesn’t cover everyone.  Each person has their own twist on gift guides & everyone on my shopping list has their own unique taste – I require all the options.

This is my ultimate gift list for the HIM’s & HER’s in your life!  I based this list off gifts that either Wafiq or I received & we considered to be pretty good. I tried to do a wide price range so you can find something in whatever budget you’re looking for.  Keep in mind, if you’re ordering gifts online, order soon!  You want to receive the packages with plenty of time for wrapping & delivering!

Holiday Gift List For HIM:

10-Gifts-For-Guys

1:: Google Home – TECH ANYTHING!  Always a good idea.  Wafiq was gifted Google Home from one of his clients & we absolutely love having it in the house now.  You can also buy Amazon’s Echo, which is very similar.  And you can buy a set so there’s a speaker in every room, or just one, depending on the amount you want to spend.  There are a lot of options here so explore this area of gift giving!!

2:: Men’s Tech Folio – or laptop case if that’s more suitable.  The key with this gift, is to monogram it – really add that extra touch.  Guys feel important w their initials on, anything.

3:: My Town Puzzle – Think of a good puzzle as something a guy can do while they watch football, or on Saturday night when you have your Netflix Holiday Special Movie marathon running. This puzzle, in particular, is extra cool because you can customize it with your home address!

4:: Catan Board Game – Don’t ask me why, but guys love this specific board game.  So much so, the only thing to be concerned with on this gift is that they already own it, be sure to include a gift receipt!

5:: Mate Shell Jacket With Hood – A badass, warm, jacket with 73 pockets and 21 zippers will NEVER go unappreciated.

6:: Touchscreen Gloves – Be sure the gloves have “tech” fingers so they can still use their phones. V important. (splurge: HERE / affordable: HERE)

7:: Comedy Tickets for 2 – Curveball, but go with me on this.  Women love a good date night, guys maybe not as much.  BUT, if date night means a comedy club?  They’ll be on board.  This gift is creative.  A guy could easily bring a date to the show, or invite a bro.  If they’ve never seen comedy before, even better.  Search local comedy clubs in their area and get them tickets to see anyone!

8:: Pocket Chainsaw – Self-explanatory.  Guys love this shit.  “I can saw down a tree anywhere, anytime? Yes plz.”  Women might not think about zombies or an apocalypse coming tomorrow, but plenty of guys do.

9:: SwissGear Backpack – Briefcases are out, backpacks are in.  The guys on your list will appreciate a good backpack to keep their laptops, wallet, keys, drones, birth control, pocket chainsaw, chargers, wires, life, sunglasses, sweaters all in one place.

10. DJI Spark Drone –  You can go as big as you want with this gift as far as pricepoint is concerned.  For a little guidance, Wafiq’s brother in law shoots videos with drone footage and swears by THIS one – even more than the more expensive, glitzy drones.  You can also go for something smaller scale like THIS one.  Either way, none of your guys are going to turn away this gift.

Holiday Gift List For HER:

10-Gifts-For-Her

1:: BeautyCounter Transforming Duo – I received this as a gift & now I’m obsessed!  Beautycounter releases this Dou Lipstick & Lipgloss for the holidays & it makes the perfect gift.  Super cute & festive.  If it’s sold out, purchase your own Beautycounter gloss & sheer lipstick to create your own gift – I love the color poppy!

2:: Barefoot Dreams Blanket – COZY!  Who doesn’t want to snuggle in a cozy blanket with January peering around the corner?  A fresh, comfortable, soft blanket is the perfect touch. (This one’s on sale: HERE)

3:: Cozy Sweater – Treasure & Bond, the company that makes this sweater, supports programs that empower young people to make a difference in their community.  LOVE that.  The sizing doesn’t have to be perfect with sweaters, it’ll be lenient on the holiday body, and it’s cozy for winter.

4:: Initial Necklace – Jewelry is always a good idea for gift giving.  These necklaces aren’t too much, nor too little.  And the initial trend is happening, cute & personalized.

5:: Incense Set – Forget a candle, be creative.

6:: Coach Wristlet – I saw this clutch while I was Black Friday shopping and oh my heart.  What a cute gift, it’ll last a long time & it’s such a classic piece.

7:: Morphe Brush Set – Specific makeup is hard to buy someone because you don’t know what they like to wear, what works with their skin, or what they already own.  Makeup Brushes are a different story. I was gifted a brush set more than 10 years ago & still use one of the brushes everyday.  Either someone doesn’t have enough makeup brushes in their collection or they need a refresh on the ones they do have – either way, makeup brushes are a win.

8:: La Fleur Roses – In my humble opinion, you can never ever go wrong with beautiful flowers.  Apparently, these beautiful roses last ONE YEAR without water or maintenance?!  Need I say more?  They’re a little pricey, but make sure to check out all of their options.

9:: Beyond Yoga Leggings – Listen to me, who’s not trying to slim down after the holidays?  Wouldn’t new workout gear be a nice gift!?  Leggings are nice because the sizing doesn’t have to be perfect, they’re good for winter, and leggings are especially good after the holidays for workouts & that extra stretch in the waistline.

10:: Fjallraven Backpack –  This is me putting out the energy in hopes I’ll receive a backpack myself.  Specifically, a functional backpack.  One that I can comfortably carry, quickly ZIP up, and big enough to throw actual items in.  I had a cute, trendy backpack for awhile that had a button closure?  What?  No, we need a zip plz.  Love this & the ladies will appreciate it!

Now, if I can keep the people I’m buying gifts for away from this blog post, I’m in good shape!  The cool thing is, you don’t totally have to sweat all the gift giving anyway. Focus more on the gatherings, conversations, and people – the gifts will work out.

On the topic of Holiday Spirit – Wafiq & I went to a show called “The Magical Cirque Christmas” Sunday night. What a spectacular little surprise of cheer!  There were several “cirque” acts & even a few Christmas songs mixed in.  How Joyish. Wafiq is not attached to Christmas the way I am so it’s always an interesting experience when I drag him to this shit. HA!

If you’re looking for something festive I highly recommend the show.  They’re traveling to a few other states throughout the month, check them out: HERE

Ok, I’m off to enjoy my beautiful Christmas Tree & watch the Angels walk down the runway, nothing like a little inspiration.

Have a great week & be thoughtful,

Xx
