What’s In My Online Shopping Bag

Please tell me I’m not the only one that starts browsing online, adds things to your shopping cart, then never checks out?  I’ve mentally purchased 35 million things that have actually never been received.

I absolutely do not buy everything that I want.  And not just for financial reasons.  I’ve always mentioned, I try to have LESS.  As someone who’s moved a lot, I know what it’s like to have v minimal tangible “things” & it feels good.  For some reason, when we stay put for a longer amount of time we start collecting things we don’t need & that adds up – to clutter.  I would encourage you to always been cleaning & giving away things that you don’t need, you’ll feel better.

That’s why I search the internet, put things in my online shopping bag, then buy only my absolute favorites.  I thought it would be worth sharing what I currently have my eyes on, although they may not all find their way to my home, maybe they’ll find a place in yours.

What’s In My Online Shopping Bag

Fuchsia Slip Dress: I’ve wanted this pink slip dress for so long!  I even went to Zara & tried it on.  Silk is super trendy right now & I absolutely love how romantic & sexy it looks.  When I found this PINK color, it was love at first sight.  I love the front draping & the way it hits above your ankles.  It hugs your curves in a feminine way that works for effortless style.  I’m just figuring out where I can wear it!

“My Love” Front Print Tee Shirt:  If I didn’t make it clear with this post, Zara has a lot of really pretty items right now.  I highly recommend taking a look!  And their selection is much better online than in store.  Ok, back to this t-shirt!  I had a few others things I wanted to buy but put them all down when I saw this shirt.  I recently bought a simple tee with a heart print & it makes me feel good you guys.  Like a constant reminder to lead w LOVE every single day, in all my interactions.  This t-shirt is crop cut but wide & baggy – making it a perfect T for the Texas summers.  I love it.

KORA Organics Sun Kissed Body Glow Oil:  Beware, I’m on a mission to explore more & more organic products this year.  The more I learn & read about ingredients in products that we use everyday, the more pissed off I get.  Who the fuck is allowing this?  So, I want to reward companies that are at least trying to do better.  Companies that are investing in quality ingredients for the human beings using them, I’m interested.  I’ve had my eye on Kora Organics for some time now & I’m sure it’s obvious the first products I’ve been very interested in is anything that helps me look more bronze & sparkly for summer – this products looks almost too tempting to pass!

Encha Ceremonial Organic Matcha: Matcha seems to be all the rage recently so I’ve had my eye on a few products from this company, Encha.  I like trying new, organic, healthy foods that have a good reputation.  My first purchase would definitely be the Matcha itself, but the glass water bottle is a close 2nd.

Bodum Goose Neck Electric Water Kettle:  I once tried to convince Wafiq to get rid of our electric water kettle because I couldn’t see a use for it.  Now, I’m addicted.  I find a reason to use it every single day.  The only problem?  The kettle we currently have is entirely plastic, which I don’t like the idea of.  I’ve been hunting for a new kettle & this is the one I landed on.  Supposedly there’s a little plastic near the pour out, but not in the boiling water.  Not to mention, it’s super cute & from Target.  Who knew it would be so hard to find an electric water kettle with not plastic?

There you have it!  Those are the things at the top of my shopping list, of course there’s occasional browsing in between these favorites but I’ll likely actually click BUY on some of these.  Does anyone else have this habit?  I love online shopping!

I should also note, I just finished my annual skin exam at the Dermatologist.  If you’ve been meaning to get your annual exams checked off your bucklist – DO IT!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Be thoughtful,

Xx
