What’s In Missbassmaster’s Grocery Cart | 2018

Did You Know?  “The world’s most expensive caviar is the very rare Iranian Almas caviar, a pale-colored beluga caviar that comes from 100-year-old albino sturgeons from the Caspian Sea. To be an albino sturgeon is rare, but to be an albino sturgeon aged over 100 years? That’s really rare. Naturally, Almas caviar is sold in gold-plated presentation boxes and retails at about $25,000 for 2.2 pounds.” (via)

I typically shop at Trader Joe’s, Whole Food’s, and/or an Austin favorite – Central Market.  I can’t say I don’t go to Costco on the weekends either.  Grocery Shopping is a favorite activity for me.  It’s been this way ever since I learned about food & started being more conscious of what I’m eating.  I could spend hours x hours in a grocery store reading labels & discovering new foods.  Throw in the fact that Whole Foods lets you drink wine while you shop/eat?  I was sold a loooong time ago.  Can I stay forever?

Missbassmasters-Grocery-List

I always get messages after I share my grocery haul on Instagram so I thought it would be convenient to make a list.   1 place to refer back to & easily find items to add to your grocery lists.

I’ll probably end up doing another list like this in the future because I’m always changing up what I eat.  I don’t stick on something for too long – I enjoy keeping my diet diverse.  Below is a list of groceries I’ve been buying the past few months & keep going back to.  You’ve likely seem me eating them or heard me talking about them before.

Lez do it.

Kind of a big list?  Remember, I’m dealing with reintroducing foods since my allergy attack so of course there’s room to grow from here… BUT this list still provides variety, considering it’s pretty basic foods, right?  If you saw how excited I get when I start talking groceries you would be concerned about my social life, and after reading this list I’m ready to go to Whole Foods ASAP.  It’s my favorite date night, just take me to the grocery store & lets read labels together. Swoon.

What are some of your favorite grocery items or meals?  Let me know!

Have a great week back in action, and be thoughtful.

Xx
