Happy Halloween | 2019
Listening to Kanye West “Jesus us King” while writing to tell you all Happy Halloween feels like I’m in a dreamland that I’m not sure is a happy place.
WOAH. As I get older I’m actually enjoying Halloween more. I like how much creativity it sparks. So many people coming up with killer costumes, whether it’s the costume itself or the makeup or both. Adults, kids, families, parties – I’m here for it! Maybe next year I can put together a fun Halloween party where everyone has to dress up, I would love the opportunity to force people to get creative. (I’d have to have friends to pull this off so stay tuned cuz that’ll take some work sOoOooo… {wanna come?})
I know I briefly mentioned before that I wanted to bring some childhood things back into my life as an adult. Like playing. When you stop drinking alcohol every weekend, you forget how to have fun. As an adult, fun means alcohol. But when I first stopped drinking I remembered I was once a child that didn’t drink & managed to have a shit ton of fun soooo – I can figure this out.
Creativity, costumes, playing, makeup, fashion equals fun! I considered buying an easel & paint this weekend & still might do so. Ways to use creativity? Share plz. Adults could use it.
