By some miracle of God I made it through the Master Cleanse alive.  Hopefully my body is thankful, because that wasn’t easy.

 Now that I’ve learned about the grocery stores that have little sections in the back corners with organic food, I decided I’m going to do my best to eat as healthy as I can.

I’ll start from the beginning. I woke up one morning about 2 weeks ago, right after I posted about attempting Ramadan traditions, with an enormously aching shoulder.
