The Conclusion to The Master Cleanse
By some miracle of God I made it through the Master Cleanse alive. Hopefully my body is thankful, because that wasn’t easy.

Now that I’ve learned about the grocery stores that have little sections in the back corners with organic food, I decided I’m going to do my best to eat as healthy as I can.
When starting this blog I told myself I was writing to forever remind myself what this experience was like. I recently started thinking, I want to write down the things I really miss about the States now.

I wasn’t going to write this post until after Ramadan. I thought there was no point in talking much about the holiday until the month was over and I was able to fully observe the practice. Only then would I be able to write about Ramadan in a more educated and interesting way.
Well well well, I did it. I survived 6 months in Dubai. Does time fly or what!?! In light of the what I would like to call a celebration, I decided to interview myself for you… And share some photo’s throughout my journey.
So, on the way back from Portugal we had a layover in Amsterdam that allowed us to explore the town. We took advantage of this because it was the weekend in Dubai so we wouldn’t be missing anything back at home base.
