What an adventure that was! I’m in the U.S. now, have been for a while, and am FINALLY able to look back on the experience of living in Dubai and come to terms with the fact that I DO miss particular parts. 

What’s up with the name!? Well, allow me to explain.  I thought of the name MissBassmaster before I moved to Dubai, when I was starting this blog as a fun journal for my adventures across the pond.

If you’re the Grinch of Valentines Day, I ask –> WHY? WHY?!?  WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU?! You’re obviously over thinking it.  I don’t associate Valentine’s day with romance or even buying gifts. I associate it with love, happiness, hugs, pink, flowers… what’s so bad about that?

I don’t think there are words creative enough to describe how relieved I am.

The Story:
I walked into an interview at a very prestigious company. Probably the most reputable company I’ve interviewed with. Ever.

Holy smokes, this was close to one of the most fabulous things I’ve ever seen in person. Wafiq called it perfectly: “A Human Zoo”.

I’m not telling you this because I was overly impressed with my outfit choice, quite the opposite.
