3 White Shoes I’m Obsessed With

Consider yourselves lucky.  I was going to do an entire post on my $10 white sneakers from Target & the 1 million ways to wear them (stay tuned, still coming), but wanted to ease into the obsession w a round up of my favorite white shoes right now.

If you ask me, you can wear white any day of the year.  It’s a clean color that looks fresh, awake, & healthy.  Not to mention, it makes you look tan & skinny.  Sign me up for all of the above.  I needed NO new pictures for this post, u can look through my entire Instagram feed & see the white shoe obsession has been around for a while.

The 3 shoes below are my favorite & I can’t imagine my wardrobe without them.  They make getting dressed in the morning easy, & who doesn’t appreciate that?

Who What Wear Rebekah Pointed Heeled Boots:  I own a pair almost exactly like these ones & I L-O-V-E them.  The little heel + ALL white.  When I say all white, I mean ALL white.  Also note, I fear feet, I can’t stand when they’re bare, stay away from me if you’re a guy in sandals, I  prefer full coverage.  It shows effort.  I debated buying a full white boot for a while thinking it was too much of a statement, but finally went for it & I’m not looking back.  I’m actually devastated I waited so long, the opportunities.   Somehow, they match every single outfit I put on & make something simple look elevated.  I’m fancy.  (“It’s expensive to be meee–e-e” Erika Jane voice.) Even if you don’t think you’re bold enough to rock a full white bootie, I promise you can.  Buy it, wear it, love it.  Your confidence will radiate! Target White Canvas Sneaker:  Not just any sneaker, the Target $10 ones.  And here’s why.  A clean white shoe is important.  And white gets dirty fast, so you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a white shoe & then be afraid to go to the park wearing them.  I’m not the girl that’s scared of getting my hands dirty. Like I’d rather hug my dirty dog if she needs it than worry about getting my jacket dirty.  PRIORITIES.  These $10 shoes are my staple.  You can also find a really affordable pair at H&M & even DSW.  I wear these sneakers with dresses, shorts, pants, to work, date night, afternoon walks -everywhere!  And as soon as they get dirty, I buy new ones.  Always fresh, clean, WHITE.  Worth every cent.

Flat Feather Loafer:  A white loafer is the shoe you didn’t know you needed, but you do.  For every single day.  They’re comfortable & they’re perfect for WORK.  This Steve Madden Feather Loafer is lightweight & again, I love that it’s completely white.  The whiter the shoe, the sleeker it looks.  If you could see the loafers I wear to work after years of having them you would understand my commitment.  White adds the perfect pop of color to otherwise bland office attire.  You know what I mean – cubicles, keyboards, typing, no wind & white noise – blah.  White is fresh, awake & something you can wear to work every single day. Trust me when I say, I just made your office job a little more enjoyable.  Another loafer I’m loving right (here)!

Those are the three white shoes that I currently own & rotate through, but I have many more.  Think:: sandals, a few pairs of white heels, sneakers, & my shopping list has several more I’ve been waiting to buy.  White shoes are the perfect pop, what more can I say.

With Spring here, match the energy of the blooming flowers!  Jeeeeeez, Spring is my absolute favorite, even though I’m allergic to it.

OO! OO!  I meant to mention, this is also the time of year really WHITE people like to sit out & bake their bodies under the blazing sun to burn their skin.  If you’re interested in an alternative, don’t be afraid to at-home mousse up your body to get that summer glow.  Even the guys.  So much easier, see more (here).
