The GOOD News to the Bad News | 2020
Well hello there, I’m your good news fairy godmother and I’m happy to be sharing a few things with you today.
Well hello there, I’m your good news fairy godmother and I’m happy to be sharing a few things with you today.
Wouldn’t this be awkward if I came back without addressing the pandemic of the world. I didn’t know when to start writing again, but it felt right.
This is a big post for me, I’m letting you in on a little secret – My number 1 advice to anyone, about anything.
Anxiety? Let’s talk about it. There are millions of reasons to HATE anxiety & it’s taken me a million years to get to this conversation, but there are a few reasons you should allow yourself to be friends with those anxious thoughts. Yes, friends.
I went 1 year with no alcohol & learned a few things. But I love alcohol. I love the way a glass of red wine accompanies a piece of chocolate cake or The Bachelor. I love the way that first glass of wine eases into a conversation with a group of girlfriends. I love wine. And I miss it.
This post is for anyone struggling with anxiety & has had someone tell them, they get nervous too. When I used to toss the word anxious around, I had no idea what true anxiety meant. I associated anxious, with nerves. But they’re very different for a lot of people.
I have a few yoga essentials for anyone starting Yoga or someone looking to refresh their gear. I never pictured myself showing up to a Yoga studio every single morning, but one major bonus of a Yoga workout compared to others is the cute outfits, mat, & accessories that accompany the practice.
I hope you find relief here. My goal is never to make you feel like you NEED something in your life, rather to inspire you. In whatever way that is. Whether through a new choice in clothing, makeup, thoughts, confidence – whatever! Get inspired beautiful babies, to glow!
THIS IS MAJOR. Tv, phones, & electronics at bedtime has become normal. TV’s are in every room of the house (which I have almost always personally required as a way to avoid silence), but that’s no longer acceptable. Especially when it comes to sleep.
Whenever I post about anxiety or therapy or mental health, I get the most meaningful responses. I’m both sad knowing someone isn’t feeling joy everyday, but also happy to know something as simple as me saying I go to Therapy – helps.
Today is a big day, I’m sharing information about THERAPY! I’ve been watching too much day time TV & saw a guest on Strahan & Sarah explain how people often talk about their dentist or doctor appointments, but you rarely hear anyone mention their therapist appointments.
It’s still the beginning of the year, a lot of people are either setting their goals or reviewing them. I asked someone this question recently after talking for awhile: What makes you happy?
You should be able to answer that.
