After a weekend of interior design tours, I can say with confidence what I already assumed was a major trend: blush pink. It’s everywhere! According to my Instagram polls, most of you are on board. I’ve been waiting for pink to be on trend my entire life. I’m in.
I’m the queen of the quote “get rid of it”. If I have to think twice, whatever it is – is GONE! I wasn’t this way my entire life, I used to love holding on to every single thing I’ve ever owned because it all had a memory attached. I don’t know if it was therapy, anxiety, reality, or my having a brutally realistic conversation with myself – but I’ve made improvements.
With fall comes changes – cooler weather, darker nights, holidays & cozier days. You don’t have to make major home adjustments to have your living environment start feeling festive either. Don’t feel the pressure to start doing a full home remodel every season – think of it as more of a switch from pool floats to pumpkin decorating.
We’re moving in a few weeks & I’m in the process of purging all of our furniture & starting over. We adopted all the furniture & decor we currently have when we first got our apartment.
