The Date Shake <– EASY! DELICIOUS! HEALTHY! DESSERT! All with one simple recipe.

I’m a huge vanilla shake person, and this recipe is a compromising alternative.  Give it a try and let me know!

The Date Shake Recipe_Healthy and Easy

The Date Shake Recipe:

+ 2-3 Pitted Dates

+ Handful of Walnuts

+ Handful of Ice Cubes

+ 1 Ripe Banana

+ 1 Large scoop of Plain Yogurt

>>Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend well!
