The Date Shake Recipe:
+ 2-3 Pitted Dates
+ Handful of Walnuts
+ Handful of Ice Cubes
+ 1 Ripe Banana
+ 1 Large scoop of Plain Yogurt
>>Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend well!
